Hot property for November

November has seen me bring on board a great many more listings. There is obviously some excitement out there in the property market, and I'm enjoying getting out there and helping my clients sell their properties.

The website is also playing it's apart, along with TradeMe and Open2View. It's turning into a very busy time of year, and I encourage you to get in quick to make the most of the summer months. Let's hope for more fine weather!
